Trade manager Ozzie Guillen for Mike Stanton?

Has this even been done before. Although it says it almost happened has this been done before, you trade a manager
for a position player. And who makes up this stuff really.

The Mariners traded Lou Pinella was traded by the Mariners to Tampa Bay for Randy Winn in 2002.

It honestly wouldn't surprise me if the Marlins had done this. Although I guess Ozzie is making more than Stanton's minimum salary so it was a no-go :lol:

As a Twins fan and a Marlins fan that would have sucked! Although I do like Ozzie and would love to have him manage the Marlins.
