I think this answers your question in the post previous to this one as to why this thread won't die.

I say if you are a seller trying to flip, use ebay...but when dealing with board members, bend over to make them a good deal, within reason.
To REQUIRE to list prices will never be mandatory, but buyers should just beware or boycott sellers that aren't willing to give you a price...
