Tribute redemption codes not working?

I did a quick search and didn't see a thread about this yet. I just tried to redeem two cards from a break and both say:

The Redemption code that you entered does not exist.
Please check the code on the card back and try again.

I know this has happened with a few products recently and was curious if anyone else has ran into this problem with tribute. Any help is appreciated!

This happened with triple threads. I think its because they don't have the codes into their system yet. So wait a few days and they should be there

I would think since it is new, the have to get the database updated first.

Just entered a code from a Jumbo box I purchased today, and received "Invalid Code; Sorry, this code has already been used."

Any ideas?
