Triple Threads Faked??

The seller is Wolverine24 who I have heard lately has been selling fake patches. Now, is it possible he is trying to fake the 2008 Triple Threads Platinum 1/1 Relics?? Aren't they supposed to look chromish? I like the Holliday since I have a version of his /3 but don't want to take chances with a accused seller (Not sure if he was accused by someone on this site or another site). And because I recall these looking chrome.

A) I find it hard to believe he really could own this many
B) They don't look chrome like from what I have seen some 1/1's being in the past

They are really tough to scan..I have seen them scan entirely different depending on the scanner used..Here is one for comparison.

Yea, his name has been brought up in the past for poor communication and never shipping or shipping damaged cards.
