TTM-wise, this wasn't a bad year but I'm still hurting from not getting my 1952 Topps Dick Groat back. Sent it out alongside a 1957 & 1961 Topps in mid-September. It was also the last 1952 Topps card that I needed signed of the players still around from that set - a project that I had been working on since 2019. Here's hoping it arrives in 2022. (Here's a scan of the card after it was liberated from the PSA holder.

Pirates started him out at several infield and outfield positions, but decided he was a much better pitcher than a hitter
