Morning all! Wrapping up some contracts at work today. Been calling guys everyday the past week. Will be nice when it's all done and over. We are supposed to have 40 degree swing today. Went from -21 this morning, and supposed to get to 20 at some point today

Evening all! Quarterly tax day. Ugh! Customers are cranky about rate increases. All I can say is I agree and I don't set the rates. On homes it's worse. House values and repair cost increases both cause higher rates. Double Ugh!!
