Anyone have any thoughts on Iran/Israel?

I've been to Israel twice when i was in the navy, back in the early 80's. I liked seeing the historic sites. The rest of it. The people weren't friendly at all. I went to boot camp in 1978. The navy was training Iranian men. They had no idea in the world what country they were in. Some thought they were in Russia. It was 30 below 0 might have been a good reason in Jan. 1978.

We got a sprinkle last night. North Platte, which is about 2.5 hours southeast of us had some pretty gnarly looking tornadoes close to it. We had 80% chance of thunderstorms for the day, and all we got was overcast skies with no rain all day so far

I finished mowing at 6:30 just as it started sprinkling. Then BIG downpour.

We had a pretty gnarly hailstorm at 4:00 AM Monday night. Then another hailstorm at 1:00 PM the following day. Two in 9 hours.

The first one woke me up, but it wasn't too bad.

The second one had me worried. Ultimately it blew through in about a half hour (the storm was moving at 35 mph), and it only dropped pea size hail. But it was pretty ferocious, and had me wondering how bad it might get and what I should do.

In general, although the weather in Denver can be pretty unpredictable and severe, it's nothing compared to what they get out east on the plains. The storms here generally come from the west, and build up strength as they move east. So a hailstorm with high winds here can easily turn out to be some serious sh*t when you get 30-150 miles east of here...
