Unbelievable duplication. 43 Possible Autos to hit. Out of 25 boxes you'd think you'd get some variety. Not so much.

6 Scott Diamond Autos /689
5 Mike Fiers Autos /689
4 Andrew Carnigan Autos /620
3 Chris Archer autos /689
2 Steve Chishek auto /689
1 Drew Hutchinson auto /389
1 Jeff Niemann auto /48
1 Joe Saunders auto /20
1 Wily Peralta auto /20
1 Andrew Carnigan brown border auto /10

1 Ian Kennedy Plate

The 249 Base cards yielded 1 complete set. Second set was missing 13 cards.

Anywhere Delta goes.
Wow! That is really all I can say. I think I will be reselling my 10 boxes, even if I just get 25 a piece for them I will recoup my 200 investment.

I would be interested in buying one of the Scott Diamond autos from you if available.

The math actually makes sense where you should expect 1 "rare" autograph for every 20 or so common autographs.

And with the drastic differences in print runs between the "rare" and super common being 32:1...the collation sucks, but the odds are terrible.

Really, you actually hit more "rare" cards than you should have.

Based upon the information we have today about the print runs, you're right, I guess I did "okay" hitting rare autos...of course we both know that information wasn't available when we had to place our orders, just a checklist and abounding assumptions. Oh well, I may quite possibly lose this time. If the set prices stay high, then I may do okay. But the offers are not exactly rolling in, but it hasn't been 24 hours yet...holding out hope.

Also hoping that set collectors want to build these auto sets and somehow magically Wily Peralta and Joe Saunders become $80 cards because there are so few...

Completely possible if the set builders who work on Turkey Red sets are similar to those that do the Heritage ones, where they pay big bucks for the harder to find stuff, regardless of the player on the card. Good luck!

I agree with everyone that the duplicate autographs is obnoxious. The ROI probably isn't that bad, given what you can get on the base singles.

Yikes! Sounds like I might need to sell my 3 boxes sealed.
