Its a 1/1. No BV.Obviously no SV. Its the only one produced.

actually, if this is the same generations as i think you are saying, i believe topps made more than 1 per player. these are a set of like 10+ cards per subject like this below if im not mistaken. the numbering is different. for example, the ryan howard has like 50+ of this set from his home run total. not sure of morneau though...

I think this card has a big range, just depending on who finds it and wants it... $35-75.
