well, i discovered Twitter yesterday, and i am following a few Spurs players..

One of them: George Hill is very active on Twitter.. he has responded to a few of my questions.. very good guy.

That got me to thinking.. have any of you had a Twitter conversation with any players?

I've never been on the site, but if Josh Johnson had a twitter account, I'd sign up to follow him.

Had twitter for a while and deleted it because I realized I didnt care enough what Hugh Jackman was doing to have a page dedicated to it.

Fred Lewis has responded to both of my questions. It was really cool to get a response from my favorite player.

There is a lot more to twitter than that. I like using it to share news stories and such. You find out a lot of news on twitter before it's posted other places. It is also a really useful tool when it comes to the trade deadline/free agency.

Personally I don't care what the athletes have to say, I am more interested in what the pundits have to say.

Ben Badler, Jon Heyman, and others are frequent twitter-ers.
