I recently purchased two 2007 Exquisite Cases for a friend and he ran into a few hardships and now cannot afford to pay for them. I am thinking about doing a group break with it but was not sure how it would go over. I have not done a break but I do have a mac with built-in web cam, so I figured, based on the breaks that I have seen, it would not be too difficult. I am trying to gauge the response to this idea. Please give me your thoughts and let me know if you would participate and what type of expectations you would have. I was planning on doing a 16 entry team break similar to several others. I would do a draft for the first 16 teams and then use random.org for each participant's second team. The entry fee would be $155 per slot.

You will have to fill out the application for a break presented in the box breaking forum.

Also $155 a slot seems extremely high.

I dunno. DA has cases for $1075 each. $2150 between 16 people is $134.38 each. Factor in any supplies and shipping costs and that price seems decently reasonable. Don't think I'd join such a break as it's too rich for my blood, but the cost appears fine.

Thanks for the info. I personally only collect baseball... I looked at the case prices and he got charged too much. I can't believe he didn't research it better. I may do it for a lower entry fee and have him just make up the difference. We'll see. Once again thanks bro and the app's no prob.

Ah, as a followup to my earlier post I see that ATL and blowout have them at $929 a case.

I didn't get them from Blowout or ATL, they were direct from a dealer that sets up at a show in NW AR my friend went to. Trust me, I would not be making a dime.
