[phil:34rkikvc]140409765489[/phil:34rkikvc] - Base Auto 9.5

[phil:34rkikvc]150446210614[/phil:34rkikvc] - Blue Ref 9.5

There are some other 2010 Bowman cards that are RCR'd but the only other one I see slabbed is:

[phil:34rkikvc]140409766255[/phil:34rkikvc] - John Lamb Gold Ref 9.5 - not one you'd expect.

Any guesses on what the Strasburgs will bring?

The guy with the blue ref has 3 of them. I saw him buy the (3) 9.5 RCR'ed from the Tristar show.

Geez, sellers are VERY serious at sending overnight to BGS for grading...

How much would that be?

Here are my guesses:

Shipping to BGS via Express Mail with Ins: $25
2 day service - one card: $26 + $2 auto fee
Return Fedex from BGS Overnight: $42
Return Ins from BGS 1k-2k level: $14

That's $109 in total, obviously that's pretty much the most expensive you can make it on yourself and its been out for a while now, so its possible it was cheaper but regardless, that is a ton of dough!

Shocking, yes, but when used for Stras, to be the first on the block, that's a TON of cash for you to gain.

I'm guessing that $109 is barely a drop in the water at where they both end.

I agree on the auto...but on the blue..not so sure, I think it will end at $250.

Plus...he got 9.5s, imagine the pain if you paid that and got a 9...

Only slabbed 10 Bowman card I've seen:

A Wil Myers blue ref auto BGS 9.5 which sold for $175 via Best Offer.

I laughed out loud when I saw that price.

And the seller MUST be ecstatic to get that kind of deal (raws goes $55-60)

Exactly, I think I would have fallen out of my seat when I saw that offer if I were the seller.

And from a buying standpoint, I'd much rather buy three, almost four raw copies. Hell, buy three raw copies and send them all in for grading yourself for the same price as this.

To each his own.

Yeah, before looking at the link I made the mistake of assuming it was an auto :benson:

That pain would be unbearable, for those prices.

Didn't a member here post that card in the Weekday pickup thread?

Oooof, that just hurts....3x raw is not a premium I'm looking to pay.

I didn't see. Obviously if the buyer is happy with it, then nothing else matters, but I think a better deal could have been had.

LOL that is true...but in this case...They were RCR'ed out of the pack at the Tristar. I know the guy that sold him all 3...so unless he took a little off while in the RCR 9.5 holders...they are legit.

Well, the Blue Ref already surpassed my expectations and is at $255.

There's also another base auto 9.5 listed.

[phil:28rfi65z]320537765686[/phil:28rfi65z] - best offer @ $725.

The other base auto 9.5 has 20 offers but clearly none are good enough yet :)
