Tyler Hibbs? In Jail or what.

I remeber reading an article a little bit ago that said Tyler was arrested for intent to sell Marijuana and said he could face jail time. I cant find anything on his sentence and is he still playing baseball or is that opportunity basicly gone?

Any info is appreciated.
