UD lawsuit/Ultimate redemption question

So, I bought my first card of 2010 today.

It was too good to pass up, and it's a card that will stay in my 25-card PC - if it gets made.

It's a redemption card for a Griffey Jr./Bo Jackson dual auto /72.

My question is, if there ends up with some sort of injunction against Upper Deck, would they not be able to fill the redemptions? Naturally, I would have liked to find this out BEFORE buying, but like I said, couldn't pass up the deal.

Thoughts?
