UD Redemption Question

Hi everyone,

I have a UD redemption that has this under status:

Item in process of shipping along with other projects

Does this mean I'm actually going to receive the card? Just really apprehensive because of UD's troubles and the fact it's for my first and only Jeter auto.

Anyone else getting this message in their status box?

That means they claim they are sending it. I had a redmeption for a Jerry West Exquisite Noble nameplates auto/25 they said the mailed it and I never got it. Wrote them they said they mailed it again and I never got it I called again they said I was lieing and then said they did not use DC to track the crads. At the time the cards was worth around $400 and I got NOTHING just treated like a thief. In short when UD tells you something just know they will screw you if it makes thier life easier.

eh, two weeks. I'm still thinking it might show up.

They sure do suck at this stuff though.

My account has said the same thing.
Today I got an email stating my redemptions have shipped and to
"Please allow up to 10-14 business days for delivery.".
I got 3 emails for 3 redemptions, all 3 that I asked for replacements
for 5 months ago so who knows whats comming?????

I talked to Greg at UD today about my redemption. Says the same as yours, and he said the shipping dept. is way backed up because a lot of collectors are bailing on their redemptions and asking for replacements. They bailed because of the layoff announcement. He said they are just behind but will get them out. But he's not in the shipping dept. so who knows.
