You put anyother heavyweight on the receiving end of that storm of punches & bows being rained down by Carwin & the ref jumps in & calls it.

When Lesnar had Mir against the cage at UFC 100, Lesnar landed 10x the damage and Mir was out for about 7 punches until the fight was called.

No way the heavyweight title fight gets called unless the guy is out or taps. Hell, Krzysztof Soszynski took a similar beating to what Brock took in their fight and put up less resistance, and that wasn't even a title fight.

Definitely agree with how the referee called the fight, and I am glad to see Carwin lose (I just don't like the guy for some reason.).

they were UFC champs when the heavyweight division was terrible, they are not good fighters... Your a Fedor lover, so you will defend the chump! Maybe in 2005, he was something, but the guy hasn`t improved since then, while everyone else has! Similar to Royce Gracie, he was great but never kept with the times and when he came to the proving grounds, he looked like a chump and took a beating... Same thing would happen to "Fedor the Great". If he fought a real contender, he'd look like a chump...

I dont care what he did 5 years ago, this isn't five years ago.... Fedor claims that he doesn't need to fight Overeem because "he has nothing to offer". The champ has nothing to offer? but apparently Hong man Choi does?? sounds like a cop out to me! Half his wins have been against absolute zero's... the other half against wash ups. Arlovski... kept getting beat by Silvia, Silvia, terrible awkward fighter, useless on the ground, Brett Rogers, year earlier wasn't even training, he worked a day job. Chances are Fedor will never step up and keep hand picking what he considers easy opponents. Maybe he could fight Kimbo!

Fedor trains harder than almost anyone you'll see...why dont you find the training videos of him?

Age is the one opponent no one can beat. Gracie never adapted because he's a stubborn ass who believed BJJ was the be-all-end-all. Actually, he wasnt really all that amazing, his opponents just didnt know how to defend against it. UFC was also alot less organized than it is now, and you had a bunch of guys like Tank Abbot getting submitted.

Fedor doesnt need to fight Overeem. He doesnt need to fight anyone else to establish the fact he's the best HW MMA has ever seen. "OMG Fedor lost a fight!" So what. Everyone loses a fight. Brock lost to Mir and then ****** him up the next time around.

Youre an obvious Fedor hater, so whatever anyone else says is piss to you (much like the Brock haters and so called "purists of the sport" who hate on Brock) and while I have said for a while I dont think Fedor wants to fight in the UFC because he likes the big fish small pond feeling, it doesnt discredit what hes done in the past...which is be the most dominant HW for the last 10 years.
