Ugh, where did the upper deck web site go?

Was working yesterday, now I can't access it.

Now I can't check up the status of my redmeptions anymore (value about $1600).

I've got a bad feeling they used the cuts that were meant for mystery cuts 2009 for prominent cuts 2010.

I really think this is the end.

They better get me some appropriate compensation for my redemptions.

I know guys who have over 100 redemptions due from them, with a value of over $10,000.

This isn't the Fleer bankruptcy, where people were owed about $50 worth of cards.

This is on a significantly bigger scale.

Fargin ice holes.

The owner of the shop I go to was at the big sports card seminar in Vegas last week and he and several other asked Upper Deck about the Mystery Cuts and they said 2-3 more months!! But they will be made.

I'm not sure on how it works, but if they declare bankruptcy you may be screwed. Suing a company with no money will only waste your time and money.

If they file for bankruptcy, anyone holding a redemption is likely to be SOL. The secured creditors will get what is left.

I was talking to a player in AAA a week or so ago and he said UD still owes him money for autographs - and he is just one of hundreds.

This is what bugs me about redemptions.

They're supposed to already created, just not packed out.

When you start inserting things that don't exist, you're really screwing with the law.

I bet Ebay gets flooded with people dumping redemption cards.

Seems other sites have had to do maintenance for this weekend. 2 of the banks I deal with
said they would be down or have limited access this weekend. My employer said the same thing
on Friday via of E-mail.

They do need to clean out some files every once and awhile, or update things.
