Even though I use Gixen on a regular basis I feel your pain. I do it more often than I would like.

That's why I use esnipe for every auction I bid on. I find something I like, I set my snipe, and I forget about it until I find out if I won or not.

Tell me about it... There was a George Brett 2000 Greats of the Game autograph I wanted for my set. I was thinking it would go for over $200 and was going to set a snipe for $200 ish. The card sold for $150 :-(
