The ITG hockey stuff is usually great looking, especially the patch selection. The fans love that stuff, especially the "Made to Order" ones where you picked who went on the card. Even though it's mostly the same guys the SK sets have been brutal since day 1.

Maybe this design came from the heralded 1988 Topps designer. Ugh.
