Great trade for you! An unnumbered card of a guy with a bum arm for a sweet patch numbered to 25 of a great, proven player. I'd make that trade all day long. Well played, sir.

Ted! Welcome to the boards. Glad you found your way! Nice cards. Are those game used bases in the Stras Tribute card? Damn, Topps. Come on! Bases? Geez, guess they ran out of jersey material with all the Strasburg stuff they produced this year! Should have put bases in the lower end stuff and saved the jerseys for the pricer products, IMO!

Not close, the Strasburg super from 2010 Bowman trumps all this year and that was pulled here back in June.

First hobby box in May, top shelf, top of the pack (4th opened): Stras auto. 2nd box: Myers blue ref au. Third box: Stras blue ref /250. I was happy. Esp considering a gem auto sold for $3875 in June, but I waited and only got $1400 in early August, ungraded, though should have graded it. Traded the Myers and still have the blue ref. For me, along with my Harper and Heyward and red ref 1/5 in the Heyward box, these were my best. Cheers. (To be honest though, pulling the Mitchell Xfractor auto from that retail pack gave me joy as well)

Haven't been back into collecting until recently, but in 3 hobby boxes of Topps Chrome 2010, I pulled base autos of Strasburg and Heyward and a base auto of Cole Gillespie who is worth more to me since he played for the Reno Aces

I'll check back when I get some better pulls
