Has anyone ever seen any of these before? I didn't think they existed and can't find another but this just popped up on eBay:

Is this for real or did the seller just stick the card in a plastic topps case and glue the sticker back on? I tried running a few other searches to find others but didn't see anything.

I've never seen one before and it's not like they just came out yesterday.

It's not hard to lift the sticker off an uncirculated case, switch the cards and then put the sticker back on. It can be done flawlessly. I did it once just for SnGs when I wanted to get a card out of it because uncirculated cases don't fit in with my collecting style.
