up load picture off desk top?

How do I upload a picture off my desktop to a thread Thank's Chadwick

in the quick reply field, see the buttons in the center above where you are typing first one adds a link, second one removes a link, third one inserts a picture.

Select from desktop and upload the file. Keep in mind that image size cannot exceed 1mb and a lot of phones default setting takes a much larger picture than that.
