UPDATE: Letang and Goligoski are back tonight 11.28.09

the Penguins will activate two defensemen Kris Letang and Alex Goligoski tonight for their game against the Rangers. Letang has missed several games with a shoulder contusion and Goligoski was sidelined with a lower body injury.

Kennedy came back last night too and scored a goal on a nice deflection

the Penguins will get both Sergei Gonchar and Max Talbot back tonight when they take on the Ottawa Senators in Ottawa. Gonchar has missed several weeks after suffering a broken wrist and Talbot hasn't played since Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals. Talbot had surgery on his shoulder to repair a torn labrum. the Pens power play has struggled since Gonch broke his wrist and hopefully his return to the lineup will get it going in the right direction.

Brooks Orpik returns to the Penguins lineup tonight after missing the last week and a half with a knee injury. he took a puck off the chin yesterday in practice and have to have several stitches to close the gash.

It's crazy....the amount of injuries the Pens have had to deal with this year. Better to get them out of the way now, rather than later I suppose.

the callups from Wilkes Barre/Scranton have played remarkable and the Pens would be in horrible shape if not for these guys...
