I'd argue that a T-206 product doesn't need to exist at all. I really enjoyed the first time Topps did the 206 set in '02. Wasn't crazy about the addition of the second and third series. As much as I enjoy the throwback sets, I would really like to see Topps try and come up with some original designs, rather than borrowing or modifying old designs year after year.

I tend to agree. One retro set per year, aside from Heritage, is enough for me. Otherwise it's diluted and this set isn't overwhelming me, especially the 'modernized' inserts.
