I emailed back and forth with Chris at Blowout yesterday and he told me that non-cases of 2009 elite would ship today.

BUT, I didn't get my shipping information today like I always do when something hits the mail.

Did anyone get their confirmations?

I am going to be pretty unhappy if they aren't here Friday like I was told.

I got my single box shipped today. I have to wait till Monday though to open(3 Day service area).

I wonder why mine didn't ship. Especially since he told me specifically yesterday that they would ship today.

I did, i also checked the site. NOTHING

I wouldn't normally be upset. But i emailed blowout and asked the specifically when they would ship because i was thinking about adding more boxes. I DID add a few more boxes and wouldn't have if knew they would be delayed. NOT cool at all.

My case was shipped on Monday, but I didn't get notice til Tuesday. Hope that reassures you.

Many times I've not gotten my shipping info until later that evening or the next day. If Chris said they shipped today, I'd believe it. Chris is usually pretty good about getting the stuff out on time.

Blowout has great customer service. Not only do they respond promptly, but they also go out of their way to make you happy (in my experience).

Have you e-mailed them yet?

I would feel better if the info was entered onto the site...

Yes, I emailed them yesterday at 4:00 CST, but they were already closed, so I wasn't expecting a response last night.

I talked with chris at blowout this morning. He stated that some of the elite boxes got out yesterday and the rest today. (He told me originally they would definitely ship Wednesday).

So, I am patiently awaiting my tracking, and I finally get it about 15 minutes. I am excited to see the date (which should be Saturday), and what does it say???? Monday. Are you kidding me? blowout's chart states a two day ship to my house.

I emailed Chris to see if there is any way to make sure they get here Saturday and didn't get a response.

Thanks alot blowout.....I would have never added on to my order if I had known that it would take this freaking long.

Andrew is definitely getting my business next time.

Agreed.

I have spent literally tens of thousands of dollars with Andrew. He's always in touch and always has good prices, no reason not to go with him when you are buyin' wax.

Frustrating. This is why I use multiple suppliers. I recently found a new supplier in OH who drop ships (I’ve NEVER had a problem receiving items) + items arrive to me within 1-2 business days…which is why I’m busting 7 boxes of EE tonight. I’d love to use other suppliers for new products, but have found that most ship by UPS Ground which takes 5-7 days to arrive. Kind of sad since I spend a ton of $ on wax + would gladly use people if they would upgrade to priority mail or fed ex- or heck, even ups 3 day.

Chris just wrote me back and told me that he is going to cancel the UPS Shipment and have them sent overnight tommorow to receive them Saturday. A nice gesture for sure. Now, i am just hoping that everything goes smoothly with the transition. I am not sure how great UPS is about doing things like this.

I appreciate Chris trying to make it right

Great move on Chris' part. From my experiences with them, they've always done right to take care of the customers.

Sounds to me like he's just going to ship another package tomorrow for Saturday delivery, which shouldn't affect you at all. The "transition" is just UPS cancelling the original order and sending the box back to Blowout.

Chris just emaild me back and stated the Mods from FCB contacted him and told him that I am bashing his company.

Thanks FCB. Nice work. I wasn't bashing anything about Chris or his company. I Wrote about a situation that has happened. I have always bought my wax from them and have never had an issue until now. Thanks for your "help" who ever felt the need to do that.

Chris is a class act. Idk why someone had to email saying you were “bashing” him. I didn’t read it like that + frankly, I’m glad you mentioned it..maybe other guys had the same issue? Anyway, gl on your breaks. I’m ripping some ee in a few hours + am hoping for some luck :)

Maybe you were teetering on the edge of "bashing" them for a small lapse in service which they don't even charge for. I mean, by your account, they have always been your source to buy from, and after one small problem, you were pretty upset and felt a need to make a whole tread about it. And it really didn't come across as an FYI, "your lone EEE boxes might be a day late from BO" -type thread.

You have every right to be upset too though. You were promised something and it didn't happen. But you didn't cut BO a lot of slack.

It does come across a bit like "tattling" though.
