Could this be the end of UD?

If this happens, and we only have 1 company producing football cards, what happens to the values? Does it all sky rocket because everyone is chasing the same thing? Does it all drop due to the fact there is no competition?

Big Shocker! They are so underhanded they are pathetic. They have pulled the wool over collectors eyes in football cards too. The biggest frauds on the market. Just see this years Ultimate inscriptions. Guess they did not have enough kool-aid to go around for the Japanese

However hope they make it through this and tighten the belt. Love the products

I don't know why upper deck wouldn't have spliced the "distribution" part of the company away from the incorporated "memorabilia/trading card creation" part.

This is just one of those things that'd probably hurt the bottom line, but would also keep their asses clear if their bad-behaviour led to something like this.

I was wondering that too. And I would think the nfl would be looking for another company to take UD's place. Would bring them more money in.

I just put in for replacement of my one redemption I had. I think we all remember what we all got out of the Fleer chaos sometime back.

My redemption is only for an Icons Ed O'neil Autograph Varied Numbering and not worth a ton and they said to me on the phone that they JUST MADE THE CARD!!!! I submitted the redemption on 1/1/2009!!!!!!
