At this point, who cares anymore about the lawsuit & settlement. They will cease to exist very soon in the MLB market, how about we take it for what it is.

Those displays are SUPER-sweet!

I don't even collect autographed OML balls, but that is something I would buy.

I was wrong. I thought the clause below included any MLB product. I guess this is allowed.

Upper Deck must receive approval from MLB for the use of baseball jerseys, pants, jackets, caps, helmets or catcher’s equipment in future products featuring players.

My guess is that the pictures do not come with the case. But only a guess.

The lawsuit was about a certian category of licencing. Trading Cards.

Looks nice, but for $99 it better be UV protected and I see no mention of that on the website.

The pictures appear to be photofiles, which anyone call sell on the secondary market.

The verticle one is nicer IMHO, but it doesn't mention if it's UV safe, and I'd rather spend $100 on cards or autographs than on displays.
