Quick background.....
Was in a group break for a case of 2008 Ultimate. Case had four (yes 4) Dual patch cards of David Ortiz (47, 48, 49, 50/50). Cards 49/50 and 50/50 came out with no patch cards in the windows! Contacted UD and sent them the live video of the break. Got a case number and told to send them back. I was WARNED that UD has a limited selection of baseball cards available for replacements as MLB wants them out now! So there was no guarantee that they could even replace the cards with baseball cards ::facepalm::

Got the replacements in today.
