I don't think it is damaged. If it is I didn't know it. The medal is just not centered but everything looks good. These are the thickest cards I have ever seen.

yeah I was talking about the medal, so the medal is just floating around in the card or is it just stuck off centered??? either way cool card

It is stuck like that. It is on a piece of felt inside there. These things are 2x as thick as the thickest 5 star cards.
