USA vs. the World

Going on now on NFL network.
I guess it's the first time they've done this.....so seemed kind of interesting.

I'm not sure of the specifics of the game. I know the USA team is made up of high school kids. I heard them say none are 5 star recruits, but their mostly div 1A guys going to good schools. Heard them say the World team is made up of 8 different countries - though I don't know if they're kids who actually play football in other countries (which IMO would make this more interesting) or if they are simply kids who were born outside the U.S. and came over here for an education and to play.......Either way it's football lol.

To be honest I just kind of had it on in the background, Didn't seem like anything special, the novelty to me was watching some of the kids who play football outside the U.S., and like I said in the first post - i'll throw on just about any football game if nothing else is on.

Guessing there's a good chance there will be replays at some point, so here's a link to the USA roster if anyone was interested. Like I said they weren't the 5 star guys like the other games, but they're guys going to Miami, Iowa, TCU, etc., so that'd probably be the main reason to watch - for incoming recruits or if they may be local high school kids.

Seriously..

That Swedish Runningback..

was a frackin' BEAST.

Probably had one of the better games of the bunch. The American linebackers were so fast though. Canadian Interior linemen definitely weren't built for that speed, but they definitely were solid straight-ahead blockers.

Neat game to watch.
