Its garbage. USC is going to be in the top 10 by default. They didn't drop NEARLY far enough imo. With Ole Miss, Cal and Miami losing from the top 10 (on their way to) USC will jump in there by default. They need to do the ranking starting week 4-5 because this is silly.

It doesn't matter, they'll get their bowl game but they have ZERO shot at the national championship. TV needs them in a bowl, lol. College FB rankings are all bs anyway, they need a playoff system.

Not is a Big ten,big 12,SEC team goes undefeated they dont.

USC is higly overrated though. But i dont think they should start rankings at week 4-5 it makes it less exciting imo, there is nothing better then seeing a top 5 ranked team loose to a unranked team (unless its your team).

Why is USC being ranked in the top 10 such a bad thing? They only lost 1 game on the road against a coach that knows their system very well. They only lost by 3 pts, and they didnt have Matt Barkley or Taylor Mays. If Oklahoma is going to be trotting into the top 10 as well with one loss, so should USC. It's ridiculous how people think Pac 10 teams have to go undefeated to get the national title game. USC already won in the Ohio State, and Washington hung in there and also played LSU tough. Heck, Washington is even ranked 24th now, it's not like they lost to a scrub team. Last season yes, but the Huskies are solid this yr. Which 10 teams would you rank in front of them?

honestly, outside of maybe Florida and Texas, I feel that everyone else in the top 25 is about equal. It just seems that anyone of those teams could easily get beat by any other of those teams as well as many outside the top 25. I'm not sure if I made much sense there ::facepalm:: . Florida and Texas seem to be the 2 that really stand out as the top 2 though. Usually I feel like the top 5+ are all equally strong, but not this year.
