I didn't have a clue as to who Sam Page was - looked up to find he played for the Phil A's in 1939 (sept call up pitched in 4 games with a 0-3 record 6.95 era

Just curious as to whether these Pete Rose auto cards will lower the value of the previous rose autos?

The Lin Sketch card is impressive as i am a fan of this artist's other cards

Haven't decided yet if I'm going to hold onto the Lin or put it up on eBay

Those cuts are a bit morbid....They list the "died" date like a true statistic....

Also that Rose card with the airbrushed hat on the back...might as well just picture the guy in a suit...also are they allowed to mention "cincinatti reds" on the back?

My LCS owner said there were 31 redemptions pulled from the 2 case break (team draft Panini held) of Limited and Certified football.. Did that really happen?

I was in the elite extra case break, don't know about the others. I think only a couple of redemptions were found & somehow three...yes three...machado autos /325 came from the same case.

I helped with the Panini break. I didn't count the redemptions but I was in charge of looking them up on the checklist to see the player/team that they belonged to. I can tell you the stack of redemption was huge and could have been even more than 31. 3 or 4 were Austin Pettis, I remember that. I was also the person that pulled the Mark Ingram 1/1 NFL logo patch autograph, if you were watching on blog TV. Sorry if I slurred during Tracy's interview, I was a few beers in and wasn't representing myself the best.

And............... I had the second pick in the draft. Chose the Packers and my next choice if the Packers were gone was going to be the Saints. It was totally my luck!!!
