The Venezuelan cards I have for Jeff Frye came from this eBay seller https://www.ebay.com/usr/coleccionespocket1?_trksid=p2047675.l2559 and he seems to be pretty solid.

Some of the Panini stickers from the 80s and 90s could be Venezuelan. There was also a 1994 Topps Spanish as well as early to mid 1990s Pacific Baseball with Spanish on the back.
