I have not looked into it yet but possibly one of 3 things, Topps fd up, card was split in half and altered/ faked or Frank was in the 2013 Allstar game festivities in some capacity and that from a jersey he wore for a few. My take for now is that it was altered only because all the other 2015 triple threads with auto and memorabilia ( to this point) are bat pieces. I'll look into it a little more when I get a moment.
Not so much as the Ryan having rangers patch kinda kills it for me. Now if it was a Ryan mets patch along with Seaver mets patch then yes good buy. JMO though
