A 1/1 HOF patch for the price of a box seemed like a decent deal to me, buy I don't follow patch prices like other guys here.

Made a couple of lowball offers on the tag and he essentially said the winning bidder declined to complete due to the bid cancellations. He'll take 275 if anyone is interested...

I have not done any research on the card but if condition is any sign I would stay away. This is one of those cards that would have to be pulled in front of you or purchased at release.

I don't think $275 is bad. Throw $250 at him, and see if he's serious about selling it. That's a $250 card. You wouldn't make money on it at that, but it's a solid price for a PC item.

Not crazy price. Exactly what mlbsalltimegreats said! I bid 350 on it and I actually thought 350 was a low ball bid. If I didn't have a 2008 santo jumbo logo patch then the bidding would have really gotten carried away

I'm a skeptic in these situations so I may not be the best person to answer this - I would however be very concerned about the condition of the card it looks tampered with....
