Is it tobacco card sized? Looks like a Zeenut type card.

For a guy I had never heard of until this thread, he had a pretty decent impact on baseball history. He is considered the "father" of the modern knuckleball, played 12 seasons (all with the Athletics) and went on to be a MLB umpire.

Yeah when I was searching for an answer I found he was in the 1955 Bowman set as an umpire. Wild stuff.
