Vintage pickup and a question

I picked this up from a guy that runs a shop out of his house. I thought it is in pretty decent shape and just wanted to get some opinions from some of the vintage collectors here as I am sure you all know more then I do about this. (how much i can expect to get if I list it, what it MAY grade..etc)Thanks for any info you can offer.

I don't know about the price but get it graded by PSA and it will be worth MUCH more.

Depending on the stuff on the back of the card (on the bottom, not sure if its from the holder or on the card), the card should get a 5 or 5.5 from PSA. I've seen worse in 6's, but I would be pretty comfortable in that getting a 5. PSA 5's go anywhere from $130-200 with an average around $150. If you did luck out and get a 6, the range is around $180-260 with an average around $225. In a holder, I'd guess that card would go for about $150-175.
