It isn't the value of what was given.

It is easy to donwplay it by adding low monetary value to it. Stealing penny candy is still stealing. Telling a white lie is still a lie. a player breaking a contract is still a player breaking an exclusive contract "even if it is ONLY Wade Miley"

It is the fact that denials are made that "We're not getting anything" "We have no reason to pimp Razor" and then those who do the denying get pissed that accusations are made and say that anyone accusing is slandering/libel..........when all along, items were given, case discounts were given, product was passed along, information was shared even though some initially made it appear that information was not shared, etc

One cannot sit there and be pissed that some accuse when those that accused were right all along

In my view the box reviews do not even count at all, those are totally an aside and happen with every single dang product, and if that is the crux of your argument then it is pretty weak. Gilmore gets boxes from other companies as well, it is nothing different.

If people got free cases, then it'd be different.

For the last time, case discounts were not given, what is so hard to understand about that.

Fact is Chris has been a supporter of Razor LONG before FCB even existed, I remember the countless threads on the old BMB where he voiced positive opinions about the company. I doubt his motivations were for some reason drawn from any illusions of free or discounted product. Without any facts, for you to insinuate that certain members are not only "insider trading" but are also liars is out of line on your part.

Do you have actual evidence that this happened? Beyond the free promotional boxes he reviewed on youtube? If so, please cite it and then it can be discussed, if not, stop saying this happened and the case discounts happened when you have no evidence. If you have it, say it. If not, stop firing shots in the dark directed towards Chris and others.

I opened 10 cases. I'd venture a guess that I busted more Razor than anyone on the planet. I'm a moderator on this board, I also contributed ideas during the product development process, and I busted a ton. I got no discount. If I didn't qualify for a discount then nobody did.

WTF does it matter? If Gilmore, Phil, Andrew, the F'n Prez to be got cases for 200 bones per, why do YOU care so much? Do you feel cheated, abused, left out? Get over it. And before anyone brings up freaking Beckett, there have been a lot of people that have judged Beckett for their lack of ability to look past their sponsors.

I agree too, some people let free stuff cloud their judgment. However, I have been all about this stuff ever since he told me what he had planned on doing. I have thought this was great for the hobby from day 1, back before I ever had this board. I don't understand how people can just come out and make an accusation based on pure speculation. It is down right foolish to do something like that. If you think something is up, gather facts and then say something. Don't just go off half cocked and make blanket accusations based on nothing.
