Waiting on my Razor Gold/Blue Autos...Did you get yours yet?

Hey bros,

I have been waiting a long time for the following Razor Metal autos to arrive. I know JP received his Razor Blue Justin Smoak autos immediately yet I haven't seen any of my orders show up. And I don't even know if I want to continue buying more of these as all of my Razor Metal Base & Autos have major major quality control issues. Have you received yours yet???

I am still waiting on my Aaron Crow Blue Auto's which I paid for after my Base Smoak, Gold Melville, and Gold Stovall which came a couple of days ago.

A fellow collector just told me that he spoke with Brian on the phone and was displeased to hear that Razor will not be replacing any Metal cards anymore unless you get it graded and it comes back below a nrmt-mint.

I'm watching a Gold right now, and plan on dropping some coin, but I haven't gotten my blues to check them out, and if the Golds that are going out now are garbage, i don't plan on dropping any more $$$ on the crap.

All of the golds and blues I've gotten (over 40) have been in great condition - no worse than anything you could expect to pull out of a pack from Topps or UD.

condition is pretty good, I'm content as someone who got them for PC/doesn't grade, just a minor surface imperfection or two, though one card does have a small indentation on a back edge

my biggest complaint is they came in toploaders without team bags or tape, so free to slide around... could be that indentation came from it sliding out of the toploader a little and catching something, as it is on that side

Got mine right away, an assortment of blues, golds and base but each color came in a different envelope. I have no issues with the way the cards look, but I'm not a grader either. I'll continue to buy the cards of my guys.

I got my Melville gold auto and Lobstein blue autos in the mail yesterday.

I received my (2) Metal Base Tim Beckham autos earlier this week and the surfaces were terrible. I don't see how some of you (pro-Razor folks) get these gorgeous cards (Chris's Blue Metal Tim Beckham) and others get cards with holes in it and fat creases on the back.

Hey JP,

I've been emailing since a few days prior to Brian returning from Vegas. Adam was really tough to get a hold of when I inquired about my pending orders as well as several of my replacements including the Metal Gold Brett Wallace with the hole in it. I also have a Metal Gold C. Lin that has a gigantic crease on the back but won't send that in until I see how the Wallace gets resolved. Because if they just refund my money I'd rather keep the Lin than get a few bucks back for something as limited as the Golds are.

But Brian just emailed me a little while ago letting me know the number for one of their other workers to inquire about my pending orders.

Nice. One of my PC's gold is up, still waiting on the rest. DOesn't help that he has started out the season unhittable though.

Just came back from checking the mailbox. I received one of my Razor packages today which included Razor Metal Gold Tim Melville Auto, (2) Razor Metal Gold Tyler Stovall Autos, and (2) Razor Metal Blue Carlos Santana Autos. And they were shipped in new top loaders with a rubberband around them without any tape or team bag. What the...!?!? 3 of the 5 cards were hanging out of their respective top loaders and the edges are damaged.

I really hope my Gold Justin Smoak Auto & (2) Blue Justin Smoak Autos do not arrive like this.
