Have you been able to resolve this yet? He has some items that I may be interested in but I don't want to deal with him if he still outstanding issues on the board, thanks.

Said he shipped to wrong address and re-shipped, so i'll let you know when I get the lincecum in.

He was a respectable guy so I wouldn't back off just yet.

Thanks guys. I have tried pming but he is not very good at responding...I contacted several staff members to help clear this up. I say do not work out a deal with him till this one clears up...this is frustrating. And to think I waited in 45 minute line during the holiday season just to get it out with DC next day...

Was this a trade or buy? If it was a purchase and you used paypal I would start the "item not recieved" process. It looks like he's going to stiff you. And wasn't this the idiot that was giving several people problems on ebay?

mods have talked to him, and i 'should get it this week' it was a card/cash deal.
