want to purchase a Strasburg auto but want some advice

I dont really know anything about prospects but after reading the bowman strasburg info on the front of FCB i have started looking for a auto of the man and i wanna know if anyone has advice for a new prospect collector of Strasburg? I have the funds just looking for the best one possibly a USA or a bowman chrome refractor of some sort. What have these been selling for, so i ont get too ripped off? And should i just buy one graded or non graded, and whats the differance between graded prospects and ungraded ones? Thanks for the help and info.
