Bought a substantial sized lot from him about 2 weeks ago now and never received, nor have I gotten a response to 3 PMs I sent or a response to the PAYPAL claim I filed, yet he keeps on posting and doing deals.

I know he also had a deal with Crazylox that he didnt complete as well. I am double screwed because he gave me a ship date etc. of when they were to be arriving. Need to go through and see what all I had sold as well......

I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY DEAL MADE ON HERE UNTIL NOW--Lesson learned for me....

It was a relatively small trade, so I didn't bother to post it here until TK and couple of members who are dealing with him now are having troubles..

It has been close to two weeks on my deal I bought a $255 lot from him. he said he got the lot back in the mail yesterday and he was resending, I asked him to just refund because the way the deal had gone but he hasnt responded or refunded.

The same thing happened to me with him it was a $47 purchase from over a month ago and he rarely responds and always has an excuse ie. I didnt put a zip code etc. He always uses the I'm resending tomorrow response, if he responds.......
This is the first time I have been burned on this board.

Also, why are you contacting Gilmo? Dont you see who the two listed mods are? If you want help with a situation you cant expect me to guess you have a problem.


PTF33 was the first to step up and i've been working on it since. I'm waiting on a response from JD, if i dont get one today, he's done.

in boomos defense on the original post in the baseball forums, cgilmo was responding, so my guess is boomo contacted him instead of you philly....no biggie as long as it all gets worked out.

From the sound of things JD doesnt have the money in his paypal acct anyways, so I am not counting on a smooth resolution to this.

Just to update this for everyone, I did alot of research yesterday and found Mr. Meltons phone #s. I have talked to him and I have assurance from him and his father that everyone will be taken care off. If not please let me know. I think this guy is in the process of turning over a new leaf, so if you havent recently, email him and remind him that you are owed.

I still dont know about this dude, I emailed him today and asked if he was going to refund my money and he responded that he already did (which he didnt). Sounds like the same response I got when I asked if he sent my card...............
