Wayne Greztky resigns as coach of Coyotes

Wayne Gretzky resigned today as the head coach of the Phoenix Coyotes. the coach/co-owner of the Yotes didn't show up for training camp earlier this month due to problems stemming from the teams bankruptcy and today the saga ended when he stepped down. the Coyotes named Dave Tippett as his replacement. I wish they would have let Ulf Samuelson coach the team but instead of hiring Tippett. it would have been nice to see what Ulfie can do with a team. hopefully one day he will get a shot.

What a quitter!!! Gives me even more of a reason to like Lemieux even more now.
