Afternoon all! Last workday this week for me. Rain coming in Friday night and Saturday. Turning to snow Saturday evening. I'll probably make a pot of chili and jalapeno cornbread. I might even make some brownies.

Went home for the lunch and Bennett had a friend over. We are taking them to the movie tonight, so I was a little surprised he was over. Maybe I don't want work to let us go home early. We used to leave an hour or two early the day before holidays, but now that our bookkeeper is hourly and hasn't been able to accrue any PTO hours, we haven't left early since she started a little over a year ago

Good evening. Drove to Frederick early this morning. A lot of people cruising in the left lane. Passed 7 cars and one tractor trailer truck on the right. Was extremely glad I left home at 6:15. Made my first stop ever at a Buc-ees. Massive, but gas was about 30 cents cheaper per gallon

A Buc-ees opened in Springfield, MO a couple years ago. I've known people that have gone too Springfield for the weekend just to go there. No, not me.

On the local news last night, they had a story that a lady gave birth in the Buc-ees parking lot. Must have been a slow news day.

left home at 6 AM to go to a wrestling tournament two hours away for middle G/son --just got home a few minutes ago . His opponents group there was 17 his weight 215 pounds ..He finished ================== FIFTH . He beat the one I thought would beat him ----insert HUGE GRIN
