I feel like I'm responding from inside an active volcano.

What a day and week. Everyone is grumpy from the heat and taking it out on the friendly insurance agent. Now I'm a one-man small agency. On a crazy day I come into 5 phone messages and 5 emails. This morning 17 phone messages and 12 emails!!! 11 of the messages were from one customer wanting to know where I was at! I got everyone taken care of just in time to go to my dentist appointment.

It's pretty bad when a dentist appointment is the best part of your day.
