Good morning, our Christmas lunch at work today. I get my 15 year pin.

Not too excited for what the Cubs got in exchange for Starlin Castro.

Me neither, nor am I excited about signing Zobrist at the much money for that many years at his age. I have patiently trusted Theo all this time, but I am highly questioning these two moves.

As a Cardinals fan I was happily confused by both deals.

So some these '15 Topps Archives buybacks are hitting eBay and it is kind of bothering me that I see some of my O'neills are buy backs of his cards from a year or two ago. Some are from his playing years but come on, buy backs from 2013???? I was hoping for a run like the Recollections but I'm not feeling these. I guess I will not be trying to complete a run.

I WISH...................... we are JUST gettin a Frickin 3 Week Check..............

Sorta sounds like a boss I had when I was 18. He advanced everyone's December pay based on 40 hours to one check. He said that was the Christmas bonus. He wanted to make sure everyone had a merry Christmas and not struggle at the last minute. Several of us quit right after that because this wasnt a bonus, just an advance in pay. Many people fell for it though as they thought is was a bonus until the middle and end of the month when they were all borrowing $$$ for regular life expenses.
