I appreciate your guys proofing these, as a result I picked up on the all of the class errors (i.e. Juniors listed as Freshmen, etc.) and was able to figure out what happened to Scott Schauer. If you see anymore, please let me know so I can update them. Thanks!

Strasburg definitely living up to the hype!

A 2008 UD USA Mike Leake Auto 1/2 sold for 12.17 on 2/27. I haven't been picking up his cards for my ASU collection because I didn't want to chase down all the cards of another player, but that seems low to me. I wish I would have picked that up.

Matt Harvey is looking good!!! :D
Check out big SS...He's kinda doin decent I'd say?
You'd say?? Comment or question?

Strasburg was highlighted at the beginning of the page.
Harvey didn't get no love in the paragraphs, so I was just pointing it out.
Second best right now behind Strasburg is Harvey.

Gibson's numbers are SICK!

This isn't a comment regarding Gibson, but about the University of Missouri's athletic website: it sucks... Far and away the worst site of all of the college's that are represented in my weekly update... Love Gibby, hate the site...

I agree, it's pretty bad. I only use it for baseball because that is basically the only source to get all of the info, I use other sites for basketball and football stuff.

I'll take Matt Harvey OVER Strasburg so far this season.

Why?

Harvey's first inning this season he gave up 3 runs, due to two singles and a homerun - those three hits are his only hits allowed this season. Hitters are batting a paltry .107 and he is averaging 2Ks per inning.

Oh yeah...it's still cold here in North Carolina and he's a sophmore.

I'm biased of course...I've seen Harvey pitch these past two years, and haven't seen Strasburg pitch since he was a freshman.

WEEK 1:
Matt Harvey 5.0 IP, 18 batters faced, 3 hits, 3 earned runs, 11 K's, 0 BB's
Stephen Strasburg 5.2 IP, 20 batters faced, 3 hits, 0 earned runs, 11 K's, 2 BB's
Advantage: Strasburg

WEEK 2:
Matt Harvey 4.0 IP, 10 batters faced, 0 hits, 0 earned runs, 7 K's, 2 BB's
Stephen Strasburg 6.2 IP, 25 batters faced, 5 hits, 2 earned runs, 16 K's, 1 BB
Advantage: Harvey (by a razor thin margin)

Advantage overall: Strasburg

I agree with most everything you said; and everyone has a bad inning sometime; so if Harvey continues at his current clip and Strasburg gets shelled a time or two, then the pendulum swings to Matt Harvey...

It should be noted that Harvey won't be draft eligible until next year, so there really isn't a comparison to be made between the two in that sense.

What does that have to do with anything.
Thread is comparing Former Team USA Players. Nothing stated about draftees.
If it makes a difference, Harvey was already drafted. ;)
