Another decent week for Sanchez. Seems like he's lost some power after his injury last year, though. :?

Countdown to Rob chiming in about Hunter...3...2...1.

Who me?

I couldn't be happier for him, he busted his ass all off season and is a different player this year. Although as happy as I was reading about Hunter, I was just about as bummed out to read about Cecil Tanner.

I don't get Shawn Tolleson's stats this year. I'm glad to see his K:IP and K:BB numbers, but everything else is rough.

Batters are hitting to a tune of .281 against him, 4.28 ERA, and yet in 27 innings he has 42 strikeouts and 12 walks.

Poor ole Forsythe can't help but to struggle with bonehead of a coach Todd Raleigh, he was such a horrible hire

Sanchez had my attention last year. Hasn't quite shaken the injury yet but he's on the right track.
As far as Chris Hernandez, that was purely an oversight. That start deserved some ink!

haha, I don't really care, just wondered if u had seen it aside from going through stats.

He has started to get back to his 08 form, and ironically I think it was his time spent playing for team USA that set off his rhythm and tired him out before the season even got started

Bryce Harper is striking out to much with his swing vs JUCO pitching.

?!?!?! He should be a junior in high school now - he is 17 years old!!!! JUCO pitching is a hell of a lot more competitive than high school pitching -it is often equated with high-A level of minor league pitching. For a 17 year old that is damn impressive. Not to mention he only has 19 K in 88 AB which is a 21.6% clip, which, for a power hitter, is very respectable/acceptable.

His line is: .420/.514/.864 with 8 HR, 13 2B, 27 RBI ... all in 88 AB. With 19 K and 18 BB. It's safe to say he is dominating a league of players 2-3 years his senior.
