I am PRETTY SURE that this "COMPLETES" my 80s 90s PSA DNA ROOKIE Collection. I will have to review them all, but I think the set is complete. Every Hof'er, Future Hof'er, and Fan Favorite (of mine) from 1980 to 2000 that doesn't have an SP rookie.
