Bought a few '80s Traded/Update sets that I need for my '80s complete set collection.
I'm now only missing the '82 Topps Traded set (expensive with Ripken in it) for a complete run of all '80s base Topps, Fleer, Donruss, Score and Upper Deck sets and update sets.
I keep them all in pages and binders and they fill three large bookshelf cases.
The following used to be $20-$30 each back in they day. Now they're a few bucks each.
1989 Donruss The Rookies set (Griffey, Johnson, Sheffield, etc.)
$4.94
1987 Donruss The Rookies set (McGwire, Maddux, Palmeiro, McGriff, Williams, etc.)
$6.54
1988 Score Rookie & Traded set (Alomar, Biggio, Grace, etc.)
$7.24
And this is a set I wanted when it came out almost two decades ago:
1990 Classic Draft Picks set (Chipper, Mussina, Carl Everett & the card everyone wanted: Todd Van Poppel)
Limited Edition of 150,000!!!! :lol:
$1.94

I was the one who got the guy to relist as a BIN so I could hit it, but he listed it when i was sleeping, guess he took the first offer close to the BIN, dang, second time i have lost out on a miggy 1/1 to a board member via BIN being listed at some ungodly hour in the morning, but this one stings twice as much because i got him to list it as a BIN
will it ever be available for trade or sale?
